Bishop LeVar T. Harris is currently the founder and Presiding Prelate of Sword of the Spirit International Covenant Fellowship where He oversees multiple churches and ministries within the United States in addition to those located abroad in both India and Kenya. His pastoral ministry began in May 2011 as Senior Pastor of Sword of the Spirit Outreach Ministries and continues on within the merger of Fire House Ministries. Bishop launched the formation of the GateKeepers brotherhood in January 2022. The GK is focused on building our men to cover their families, community and the ministry. The goal is to build a unity among them that strengthens and equips each man to cover all of their gates through training, fellowship and brotherhood Bishop Harris holds a Bachelors in Christian Counseling with furthered degrees in progress..

Rearing from faith founded men and women of God, his love for ministry expanded under the teachings of his grandmother Overseer Nellie Harris, his mother Evangelist Vertina Harris, and Apostle Preston E. Williams who all have gone on to be with the Lord. Bishop Harris humbly served in various positions over the years as he endeavored to walk out the calling on his life. Romans 10:17 is the scripture that He has stood on since he was ordained to District Elder in September 2010 within The First Emmanuel Church, Apostolic under the watchful eye of Bishop Dwight C. Iler. Presently, he serves within the Holy Resurrection Reformation as a Vice-Presider under Bishop Barton Wallace, Sr. He continues to preach and teach the Word of God to all that will hear as he firmly believes that Jesus Saves.

Bishop Harris’ leadership has been evident years beyond his pastoralship in many capacities within ministry and the marketplace. He has served in the navy, law enforcement and now entrepreneurially, as owner of Harbro Building and Land Development. where he figuratively and literally builds visions and dreams with his adored wife, Pastor Victoria Harris.. He is passionate and a protector of his family and a strong supporter of all those who God directs to his life. His keyed message to those he covers is, “I may not be at every celebration but I will be every fight.”
